Black Cod Fillets (Anoplopoma fimbria)
Nanuk top quality, sustainably sourced fillets are a single frozen cut from a black cod of 7 lbs or larger. Black cod, called sablefish in the United States, is known for its white flesh and buttery texture. Each fillet is skin-on, pin bone-in, and comes in vacuum-packed portions for your convenience. They’re a popular choice to serve at fine restaurants and make excellent sushi or miso marinade.
