Our sliced, cold smoked yellowfin tuna is sashimi grade and has no additives or preservatives – just salt, smoke, and tuna. It’s clipper-caught and immediately frozen at sea to keep it fresh. Nanuk yellowfin tuna slices are perfect for salads, croissant sandwiches, or dinner party platters.
