Our cold smoked black cod fillets are lightly smoked and all-natural, with no dyes or preservatives. Black cod, called sablefish in the United States, is known for its white flesh and buttery texture. Each fillet is skin-on, pin bone-in, and comes in vacuum packed portions for your convenience. Nanuk black cod fillets are a popular choice at white tablecloth restaurants, in salads or as a centre plate feature.
