Sockeye Salmon Fillets (Oncorhynchus nerka)
Nanuk premium quality sockeye salmon fillets are produced from the same oil-rich wild sockeye used in our smoked products. Sustainably sourced and high in Omega-3 fatty acids, they are sushi grade, and perfect for grilling. Each product is hand filleted, boneless, skin-on, and vacuum packed into portions averaging 715 g.
